These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online Japanese language learning services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Enishi Japan (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the user and the Company regarding the use of the Service. By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

本規約は，ユーザーと当社との間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。ユーザーは、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

Article 2 (Service and Booking)

The Service consists of providing Japanese language lessons via online platforms. Bookings are confirmed through the process designated by the Company, at which point these Terms become binding. Any transaction fees, including bank transfer or remittance fees, shall be borne by the User.

本サービスは、オンラインを通じた日本語学習レッスンの提供を含みます。レッスンの予約は、当社指定の方法により成立するものとし、予約の成立をもって本規約が適用されます。なお、振込手数料その他支払に関わる一切の手数料はユーザーの負担とします。

Article 3 (Prohibited Matters)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

2. Acts related to criminal activities.

3. Attacking or disrupting the Company’s servers, networks, or systems.

4. Harassment, slander, or defamation of instructors, other customers, or the Company.

5. Unauthorized reproduction, recording, or distribution of materials and information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes.

6. Unauthorized use of other users' IDs or passwords.

ユーザーは，本サービスの利用にあたり，以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為

3. 当社のサーバー、ネットワーク、またはシステムへの攻撃や破壊

4. 講師、他のお客様、または当社への妨害、誹謗中傷、名誉毀損

5. 本サービスを通じて得た教材や情報を、営利目的で転載、録画または配布する行為

6. 他のユーザーのID・パスワード等の不正使用

Article 4 (Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy)

The policy for rescheduling and cancellations is as follows:

1. Rescheduling: Lessons may be rescheduled only if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson start time.

2. Cancellation Fee: For cancellations, changes, or "no-shows" made less than 24 hours before the lesson, a cancellation fee of 100% of the lesson fee will be charged regardless of the reason, and no rescheduling will be allowed.

1. オンラインレッスンの振替： レッスン開始時間の24時間前までにご連絡をいただいた場合に限り、別日程への振替が可能です。

2. キャンセル料： レッスン開始まで24時間を過ぎてからのキャンセル・変更、および無断欠席については、理由の如何を問わずレッスン料の**100%**をキャンセル料として申し受け、振替は行いません。

Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to texts, images, and programs used in the Service belong to the Company or its legitimate right holders. Users may not use these materials without the Company's permission.

本サービスに関連するテキスト、画像、プログラム等の著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、すべて当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーはこれらを当社の許可なく利用することはできません。

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from communication failures, modifications, interruptions, or termination of the Service. Furthermore, the Company assumes no responsibility for lesson interruptions caused by the user's internet environment.

当社は、通信環境の不具合、本サービスの内容の変更、中断、または終了によって生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。また、ユーザーのインターネット環境に起因するレッスンの停止についても、責任を負いかねます。

Article 7 (Modifications to the Terms)

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary. The modified Terms shall become effective from the moment they are posted on this website.

当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の規約は、本サイト上に掲示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.

本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
